Type: System.ServiceModel.Activation.Configuration.SecurityIdentifierElementCollectionA SecurityIdentifierElementCollection that contains user accounts for processes that host WCF services and are granted connection access to the sharing service. The default values returned are LocalSystem, Admin, NS, LS, and IIS_USRS.
