PermissionSet.IsReadOnly Property

Gets a value indicating whether the collection is read-only.

Namespace: System.Security
Assembly: mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

public virtual bool IsReadOnly { get; }
/** @property */
public boolean get_IsReadOnly ()

public function get IsReadOnly () : boolean

Property Value

Always false.

A PermissionSet cannot be read-only, so this property is always false.

The following code example shows the value returned by the IsReadOnly property. This code example is part of a larger example provided for the PermissionSet class.

// Display the value of the IsReadOnly property.
Console.WriteLine("IsReadOnly property = " + ps1.IsReadOnly);

// Display the value of the IsReadOnly property.
Console.WriteLine(("IsReadOnly property = "
    + System.Convert.ToString(ps1.get_IsReadOnly())));
