ECDsa.SignHash Method

Generates a digital signature for the specified hash value.

public abstract byte[] SignHash(
	byte[] hash
)

Parameters

hash: Type: System.Byte[]
The hash value of the data that is being signed.

Return Value

Type: System.Byte[]
A digital signature that consists of the given hash value encrypted with the private key.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	The hash parameter is null.
