AesManaged.Mode Property

Gets or sets the mode for operation of the symmetric algorithm.

Property Value

Type: System.Security.Cryptography.CipherMode
One of the enumeration values that specifies the block cipher mode to use for encryption. The default is CBC.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
CryptographicException	Mode is set to CFB or OFB.

Remarks

The CFB and OFB modes are not supported.
