Converts a fiber cookie into the corresponding System.Threading.Thread instance.
[Visual Basic] Public Shared Function GetThreadFromFiberCookie( _ ByVal cookie As Integer _ ) As Thread [C#] public static Thread GetThreadFromFiberCookie( int cookie ); [C++] public: static Thread* GetThreadFromFiberCookie( int cookie ); [JScript] public static function GetThreadFromFiberCookie( cookie : int ) : Thread;
- An integer representing a fiber cookie.
A Thread corresponding to the cookie parameter.
Fiber cookies are opaque tokens that are used by the host when alerting the common language runtime to its fiber-scheduling decisions. They consist of a stack and register context.
Note This method uses SecurityAction.LinkDemand to prevent it from being called from untrusted code; only the immediate caller is required to have SecurityPermissionAttribute.UnmanagedCode permission. If your code can be called from partially trusted code, do not pass user input to Marshal class methods without validation. For important limitations on using the LinkDemand member, see Demand vs. LinkDemand.
