_MethodBase.IsSpecialName Property

Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsSpecialName property.

Namespace:  System.Runtime.InteropServices
Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)
bool IsSpecialName { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if this method has a special name; otherwise, false.

This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code and should not be called from managed code.

The IsSpecialName property gets a value indicating whether this method has a special name.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
