Assembly.GetManifestResourceInfo Method

Returns information about how the given resource has been persisted.

Parameters

resourceName
Type: System.String
The case-sensitive name of the resource.

Return Value

Type: System.Reflection.ManifestResourceInfo
An object that is populated with information about the resource's topology, or a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if the resource is not found.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullException

resourceName is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

ArgumentException

The resourceName parameter is an empty string ("").

Resource information is returned only if the resource is visible to the caller, or the caller has ReflectionPermission.
