NetworkInformationPermission Class

Note: This class is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Controls access to network information and traffic statistics for the local computer. This class cannot be inherited.

This permission is used to secure data returned by the classes in the System.Net.NetworkInformation namespace.

For declarative security, use the NetworkInformationPermissionAttribute class.

The following example creates an unrestricted permission object.

System::Net::NetworkInformation::NetworkInformationPermission^ unrestricted = gcnew System::Net::NetworkInformation::NetworkInformationPermission( System::Security::Permissions::PermissionState::Unrestricted );

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
