HttpContent.CreateContentReadStream Method
.NET Framework 4.5
[This documentation is for preview only, and is subject to change in later releases. Blank topics are included as placeholders.]
Buffer the te HTTP content to a memory stream.
Namespace: System.Net.Http
Assembly: System.Net.Http (in System.Net.Http.dll)
The CreateContentReadStream() method just buffers the content to a memory stream. Derived classes can override this behavior if there is a better way to retrieve the content as stream. For example, a byte array or a string could use a more efficient method way such as wrapping a read-only MemoryStream around the bytes or string.)
Windows Developer Preview, Windows Server Developer Preview, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core Role supported with SP1 or later; Itanium not supported)
The .NET Framework does not support all versions of every platform. For a list of the supported versions, see .NET Framework System Requirements.
