Gets a value that indicates whether the handler supports configuration settings for the AllowAutoRedirect and MaxAutomaticRedirections properties.

Returns Boolean.
true if the if the handler supports configuration settings for the AllowAutoRedirect and MaxAutomaticRedirections properties; otherwise false. The default value is true.
