HttpClient.MaxResponseContentBufferSize Property

Gets or sets the maximum number of bytes to buffer when reading the response content.

public long MaxResponseContentBufferSize { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.Int64
Returns Int32.The maximum number of bytes to buffer when reading the response content. The default value for this property is 64K.
Exception Condition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException

The size specified is less than or equal to zero.

InvalidOperationException

An operation has already been started on the current instance.

ObjectDisposedException

The current instance has been disposed.

If the size of the response content is greater than this value, an exception is thrown.
