VerbsCommon.Remove Field

Specifies an action that deletes a resource from a container. For example, the Remove-Variable cmdlet deletes variables from the current session.

Remarks

This verb is paired with Add. For consistency with other cmdlets that perform the same action, do not use verbs such as Clear, Cut, Dispose, Discard, or Erase for this action.
