ConstrainedSessionStateEntry Class

Serves as a base class for those session state entries that can be specified as public or private entries when added to an InitialSessionState object. This includes entries for commands, providers, and variables. This class is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.

The relationship between public and private entries used here is very similar to the relationship of class and object members in a typical object-oriented programming language. A private session state entry is similar to a private member of a class that is not available when using the object of the class. A public session state entry is similar to a public member of a class that is available when the object is used. Public session state entries are visible to those using the runspace that is defined by the session state.
