	Where<(Of <(TSource>)>)(IEnumerable<(Of <(TSource>)>), Func<(Of <(TSource, Boolean>)>))	Filters a sequence of values based on a predicate.
	Where<(Of <(TSource>)>)(IEnumerable<(Of <(TSource>)>), Func<(Of <(TSource, Int32, Boolean>)>))	Filters a sequence of values based on a predicate. Each element's index is used in the logic of the predicate function.
