The NameQualifier property specifies the domain in which the Name property resides in.
The NameQualifier property corresponds to the NameQualifier attribute of the <saml:NameIdentifier> element that is defined in the Assertions and Protocol for the OASIS Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) specification.
