SecurityTokenSerializer.ReadKeyIdentifierClauseCore Method

Reads the key identifier clause using specified XML reader. Called by the base class.

An XmlReader to read the key identifier.

Return Value

Type: System.IdentityModel.Tokens.SecurityKeyIdentifierClause
A SecurityKeyIdentifierClause that represents the key identifier that is read.

reader is null.

Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the ReadKeyIdentifierClauseCore(XmlReader) method. The ReadKeyIdentifierClause(XmlReader) method calls the ReadKeyIdentifierClauseCore(XmlReader) method.
