NumberFormatInfo.PerMilleSymbol Property
Gets or sets the string to use as the per mille symbol.

Type: System.StringThe string to use as the per mille symbol. The default for InvariantInfo is "‰", which is the Unicode character U+2030.

The string assigned to the PerMilleSymbol property is included in the result string when a numeric value is formatted with a format string that includes the "‰" custom numeric format specifier.
