BrowseThe EventLog can read existing logs. Note This member is now obsolete, use Administer instead. 
InstrumentThe EventLog can read or write to existing logs, and create event sources and logs. Note This member is now obsolete, use Write instead. 
NoneThe EventLog has no permissions.
