Gets or sets the type of the attribute's target.

Type: System.Type
An object that identifies the attribute's target type.

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	Target is set to null.

Use this property to specify the target type when the attribute is used at the assembly level.

Supported in: Xbox 360, Windows Phone OS 7.0
