x: Type: System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlString
A SqlString.

y: Type: System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlString
A SqlString.

Return Value

Type: System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlString
A SqlString that contains the newly concatenated value representing the contents of the two SqlString parameters.
