Performs a logical comparison of the two SqlDecimal parameters to determine if they are not equal.

Parameters

x
A SqlDecimal structure.
y
A SqlDecimal structure.

Return Value

A SqlBoolean that is True if the two instances are not equal or False if the two instances are equal. If either instance of SqlDecimal is null, the Value of the SqlBoolean will be Null.
