HandleExceptionArgs.Exception Property

Gets or sets the exception that will be processed and returned in the response.

Property Value

Type: System.Exception
The exception that will be processed and returned in the response.

If the exception is a DataServiceException, the message of the exception will always be returned to the client, regardless of the UseVerboseErrors value. If UseVerboseErrors is true, the inner exceptions will also be returned to the client; otherwise only the DataServiceException message will be returned.
