Parameters

x: Type: System.Data.OracleClient.OracleString
An OracleString.

y: Type: System.Data.OracleClient.OracleString
An OracleString.

Return Value

Type: System.Data.OracleClient.OracleString
An OracleString containing the newly concatenated value representing the contents of the two OracleString parameters.
