OracleNumber Inequality Operator
Performs a logical comparison of the two OracleNumber parameters to determine if they are equal.

[Visual Basic] In Visual Basic, you can use the operators defined by a type, but you cannot define your own. You can use the NotEquals method instead of the OracleNumber inequality operator.
[JScript] In JScript, you can use the operators defined by a type, but you cannot define your own.
