Compares two instances of OracleDateTime to determine if the first is less than or equal to the second.

Parameters

x

An OracleDateTime structure.

y

An OracleDateTime structure.

Return Value

An OracleBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than or equal to the second instance, otherwise False. If either instance of OracleDateTime is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean will be Null.
