OracleBinary.NotEquals Method

Compares two OracleBinary structures to determine if they are not equal.

	OracleBinary x,

Parameters

x: Type: System.Data.OracleClient.OracleBinary
An OracleBinary structure.

y: Type: System.Data.OracleClient.OracleBinary
An OracleBinary structure.

Return Value

Type: System.Data.OracleClient.OracleBoolean
An OracleBoolean that is True if the two instances are not equal or False if the two instances are equal. If either instance of OracleBinary is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean will be Null.
