OleDbDataReader.GetData Method

Returns an OleDbDataReader object for the requested column ordinal.

Namespace: System.Data.OleDb
Assembly: System.Data (in System.Data.dll)

public OleDbDataReader GetData(
	int ordinal
)

Parameters

ordinal: Type: System.Int32
The zero-based column ordinal.

Return Value

Type: System.Data.OleDb.OleDbDataReader
An OleDbDataReader object.

Remarks

The Fill will call GetData if the provider returns a IDataReader that has a column that supports IDataReader.
