AssociationAttribute.OtherKey Property

Gets or sets one or more members of the target entity class as key values on the other side of the association.

Namespace:  System.Data.Linq.Mapping
Assembly:  System.Data.Linq (in System.Data.Linq.dll)
public string OtherKey { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.String
Default = Id of the related class.

For multiple members, use a comma-separated list.

The key is not required to match the primary key or foreign key, but the user-stated cardinality (0-1 for EntityRef<TEntity> or 0-n for EntitySet<TEntity>) is assumed to be true.

	[Association(Name="FK_Products_Categories", Storage="_Products", OtherKey="CategoryID", DeleteRule="NO ACTION")]
	public EntitySet<Product> Products
	{
		get
		{
			return this._Products;

		set

			this._Products.Assign(value);
		}
