CompiledQuery Class
Provides for compilation and caching of queries for reuse.
Namespace: System.Data.Linq
Assembly: System.Data.Linq (in System.Data.Linq.dll)
The CompiledQuery type exposes the following members.
| Name | Description | |
|---|---|---|
Compile<TArg0, TResult>(Expression<Func<TArg0, TResult>>) | Compiles the query. |
Compile<TArg0, TArg1, TResult>(Expression<Func<TArg0, TArg1, TResult>>) | Compiles the query. |
Compile<TArg0, TArg1, TArg2, TResult>(Expression<Func<TArg0, TArg1, TArg2, TResult>>) | Compiles the query. |
Compile<TArg0, TArg1, TArg2, TArg3, TResult>(Expression<Func<TArg0, TArg1, TArg2, TArg3, TResult>>) | Compiles the query. |
Equals(Object) | Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object. (Inherited from Object.) |
Finalize | Allows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.) |
GetHashCode | Serves as a hash function for a particular type. (Inherited from Object.) |
GetType | Gets the Type of the current instance. (Inherited from Object.) |
MemberwiseClone | Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. (Inherited from Object.) |
ToString | Returns a string that represents the current object. (Inherited from Object.) |
Conceptually this class contains a single method (Compile) with several overloads. You call the Compile method to create a new delegate to represent the compiled query.
Note:
|---|
Compilation does not occur until the first time the query is executed. |
