Troubleshooting Suggestion
You can easily diagnose and fix this, generally, by calling GetErrors on the DataTable that threw this exception -- provided of course that you break into the debugger as soon as the exception is thrown. This method will return all rows with errors, and you can inspect the Error property on each to get a useful message that will point you in the right direction. Nine times out of ten it's usually something simple like a null when it's marked not null or exceeding the MaxLength value.
