Type: System.Data.Metadata.Edm.TypeUsage

The type of the referenced parameter.

Type: System.String

The name of the referenced parameter.

Return Value

Type: System.Data.Common.CommandTrees.DbParameterReferenceExpression
A DbParameterReferenceExpression that represents a reference to a parameter with the specified name and type. The result type of the expression will be the same as type.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type TypeUsage. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
