SectionInformation.OverrideModeEffective Property

Gets the override behavior of a configuration section that is in turn based on whether child configuration files can lock the configuration section.

public OverrideMode OverrideModeEffective { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Configuration.OverrideMode
One of the OverrideMode enumeration values.

This property returns either Deny or Allow.

The OverrideModeEffective property is introduced in the .NET Framework version 3.5 Service Pack 1. For more information, see .NET Framework 3.5 Architecture.
