ConfigurationLockCollection.Add Method

Locks a configuration object by adding it to the collection.

)

Parameters

name
Type: System.String

The name of the configuration object.

ExceptionCondition
ConfigurationErrorsException

Occurs when the name does not match an existing configuration object within the collection.

Adding a configuration object to the ConfigurationLockCollection collection specifies that the configuration object is locked and cannot be modified until it has been removed from the collection.

The following code example demonstrates how to use the Add method. This code example is part of a larger example provided for the ConfigurationLockCollection class.

if (!lockedAttribList.Contains("enabled"))
{
