Is there any way to recover from a ConfigurationErrorsException

System.Configuration.ConfigurationException has an Obsolete attribute that says to use this type.

[

Obsolete("This class is obsolete, to create a new exception create a System.Configuration!System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException")]
MSDN doc error: The current description for this class is inaccurate.
The description for this class currently says "The current value is not one of the EnableSessionState values." However, this appears to be a more general exception type used in more places than in the context of EnableSessionState.
