ListChangedEventHandler Delegate

Represents the method that will handle the ListChanged event of the IBindingList class.

Namespace:  System.ComponentModel
Assembly:  System (in System.dll)
[HostProtectionAttribute(SecurityAction.LinkDemand, SharedState = true)]
public delegate void ListChangedEventHandler(
	Object sender,
	ListChangedEventArgs e
)

Parameters

sender
Type: System.Object

The source of the event.

e
Type: System.ComponentModel.ListChangedEventArgs

A ListChangedEventArgs that contains the event data.

When you create a ListChangedEventHandler delegate, you identify a method to handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate. For more information about event-handler delegates, see Events and Delegates.

NoteNote

The HostProtectionAttribute attribute applied to this type or member has the following Resources property value: SharedState. The HostProtectionAttribute does not affect desktop applications (which are typically started by double-clicking an icon, typing a command, or entering a URL in a browser). For more information, see the HostProtectionAttribute class or SQL Server Programming and Host Protection Attributes.

For an example of using this delegate, see Handling DataView Events.
