Looks like the documentation was created using a standard template. The documentation is less than basic and lacks any usage or example to say when or where this is to be used. No use at all, could very well do without !

This documentation sucks big time. It's missing examples and how it's hooked up with the .NET Framework.

There's zero information concerning properly implementing this interface, and the internet is woefully inadequate most of the time (especially concerning winforms).
