Provides attached properties that can be used to communicate with a designer.

The DesignerProperties type exposes the following members.

Public property Static member Supported by Silverlight for Windows Phone IsInDesignTool Gets a value that indicates whether the element is running in the context of a designer.
Public property Static member Supported by Silverlight for Windows Phone RefreshOnlyXmlnsDefinitionsOnAssemblyReplace Gets or sets a value that indicates whether all the metadata associated with an assembly or just the xmlns namespace definitions should be refreshed in the designer when an assembly is recompiled.

The DesignerProperties class provides attached properties that can be used to query the state of a control when it is running in a designer. Designer tools will set values for properties on objects that are running in the designer.
