Retrieves an aspect of the view state for the specified modelItem, matching the specified key.

Parameters

modelItem: Type: System.Activities.Presentation.Model.ModelItem
The workflow activity ModelItem associated with the current view state.

key: Type: System.String
The String that identifies the aspect of the view state that is to be retrieved.

Return Value

Type: System.Object
The aspect of the view state as an Object,or null.

Remarks

Call StoreViewState(ModelItem, String, Object) to initially store view state information so that it can be retrieved.
