Definition

Creates and populates an AttributeTable that is used by the MetadataStore to provide attribute lookup and registration.

Remarks

Use AddCallback, AddCustomAttributes, and AddTable to populate the builder, then call CreateTable to acquire an AttributeTable containing the desired collection of attributes.
