Confirm File Replacement Dialog Box
This dialog box appears when you add to Solution Explorer a new file that has the same name as an existing file. You can click Yes to replace the existing file, or click No to keep the existing file and cancel the process.
Note
The dialog boxes and menu commands you see might differ from those described in Help depending on your active settings or edition. To change your settings, choose Import and Export Settings on the Tools menu. For more information, see Visual Studio Settings.

Select this option to replace all files with similar names during this current drag operation.
