TabControl.SelectTab Method (String)

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Makes the tab with the specified name the current tab.

Namespace: System.Windows.Forms
Assembly: System.Windows.Forms (in system.windows.forms.dll)

	string tabPageName
)
public void SelectTab (

	tabPageName : String
)

Parameters

tabPageName

The Name of the tab to select.

Exception typeCondition

ArgumentNullException

tabPageName is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

tabPageName does not match the Name property of any TabPage in the TabPages collection.

Use this method to programmatically select a particular tab in a TabControl.
