Defines the OfficeArtExtensionList Class.This class is only available in Office2010.When the object is serialized out as xml, its qualified name is pic14:extLst.

To maintain compatibility with ISO/IEC-29500 implementations, this attribute’s namespace prefix MUST be specified in a Ignorable attribute (see [ISO/IEC-29500-3] §10.1.1 Ignorable Attribute)

This element specifies a list of extensions for a picture.
