For a Task, RegularWork is the total amount of non-overtime work scheduled to be performed by all resources assigned to a task.

For a Resource, it is the total amount of non-overtime work scheduled to be performed for all assignments assigned to a resource.

For an Assignment, it is the total amount of non-overtime work scheduled to be performed by a resource assigned to a task.
