- String containing the globally unique identifier (GUID) of the message database (MDB) being stopped.
The following (bitwise AND) flags can give you further information about system events:

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.
The OnMDBShutDown event is called asynchronously whenever an MDB is stopped.
