Integration into a Detail Form

CRM 1.0

You can insert custom menus to the left of the Help menu in the detail forms for the following objects:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Lead
  • Opportunity
  • Incident (Case)
  • Quote
  • SalesOrder (Order)
  • Invoice

The following figure shows a custom menu called ISV in the detail form for accounts. When a user clicks one of the menu items, the URL opens in a new window. For more information, see MenuBar and CustomMenus.
