Web Server Implementation Considerations

The following table shows the Sysgen variables that enable the Web Server (HTTPD) features.

Sysgen variable Description
SYSGEN_HTTPD When this variable is set, the Web Server (HTTPD) feature is included in the OS image.
SYSGEN_ASP When this variable is set, the Active Server Pages (ASP) Support feature is included in the OS image. To enable this feature, the Web Server (HTTPD) feature must also be included in your OS configuration.
SYSGEN_ASP_JSCRIPT When this variable is set, JScript 5.5 feature is included in the OS image. To enable this feature, the Web Server (HTTPD) and the Active Server Pages (ASP) Support features must also be included in your OS configuration.
SYSGEN_ASP_VBSCRIPT When this variable is set, the VBScript 5.5 feature is included in the OS image. To enable this feature, the Web Server (HTTPD) and the Active Server Pages (ASP) Support features must also be included in your OS configuration.
SYSGEN_SYSISAPI When this variable is set, the Device Management ISAPI Extension feature is included in the OS image. To enable this feature, the Web Server (HTTPD) feature must also be included in your OS configuration.
SYSGEN_ISAPI_CONFIG When this variable is set, the Web Server Administration ISAPI feature is included in the OS image. To enable this feature, the Web Server (HTTPD) feature must also be included in your OS configuration.
SYSGEN_HTTPD_WEBDAV When this variable is set, the WebDAV Support feature is included in the OS image. To enable this feature, the Web Server (HTTPD) and the XML Minimal Parser features must also be included in your OS configuration.
