You can perform keyword searches in Commerce Server Catalog Manager, Marketing Manager, and Customer and Orders Manager.
To perform a keyword search

Open the Business Management Application that you want to search, for example, Catalog Manager, Marketing Manager, or Customer and Orders Manager.

In the Business Management Application, in the Views pane, click the area that you want to search, and then click Search on the toolbar.

In the Search screen, on the Search tab, do the following:
| Use this | To do this |
| Look in | Select the item you want to search from the drop-down list. |
| Look for | Select what you want to search for. |
| Keyword | Type a word or phrase on which you want to search. |

Click Find.
The items that match the search criteria appear in the Search Results pane.
