The printer may not be configured correctly.
Verify that the printer has been configured correctly: 1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Printers. 2. In the Printers dialog box, right-click the printer you are using, and click Properties. Also, verify you are using the correct driver for the printer. If the printer is properly configured and the printer driver is correct, try removing and reinstalling the printer driver. You can also try printing from another application or from the command prompt. If you are using a network printer, contact your network administrator and verify that the print server is operating properly.
