- Raises the hardware priority to IRQL DISPATCH_LEVEL, thereby masking off interrupts of equivalent or lower IRQL on the current processor.
- KeLowerIrql
- Restores the IRQL on the current processor to its original value.

- Returns the current hardware priority IRQL value.
