Initializes a new instance of the SslSecurityTokenParameters class.

Parameters
- requireClientCertificate
- Type: System.Boolean
true to require client certificate; otherwise, false.
The new instance property values are set to their defaults:
InclusionMode is set to AlwaysToRecipient.
ReferenceStyle is set to Internal.
RequireDerivedKeys is set to true.
RequireCancellation is set to false.
RequireClientCertificate is set to requireClientCertificate.
Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core Role not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core Role supported with SP1 or later; Itanium not supported)
